Snickers Overnight Oats

These Snickers Overnight Oats are an easy healthy breakfast with the most delicious of the Snickers candy bar.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ tablespoon natural peanut butter (creamy)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup dairy-free milk (soy, almond, oat or coconut)
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts

Instructions
 

  • To a medium bowl with a lid, add milk, chia seeds, cacao powder, peanut butter, and maple syrup and stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Add oats and stir a few more times.
  • Cover securely with a lid and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  • The next day, open and divide oats evenly between 2 bowls.
  • Top with peanuts and chocolate chips when ready to serve. Enjoy!
