- 12 ounces skinless salmon
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon sweet paprika
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dry dill
- Olive or avocado oil spray
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Cut the salmon into 16 - 18 pieces.
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sweet paprika. Dip salmon into the mayonnaise.
Combine panko breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, dry dill, and garlic powder in a separate shallow bowl or plate. Coat salmon in panko mixture and shake off extra.
Place salmon nuggets inside an air fryer and spray with olive or avocado oil.
Air fry at 400F for 6 to 7 minutes, turning halfway until golden and crisp. Serve with lemon wedges and enjoy!
