Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium chicken breasts (cut into about 1-inch chunks)
  • 2 limes (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh cilantro (optional garnish)
  • Kebab / skewer sticks (6 inch)

Instructions
 

  • If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes otherwise, they can burn.
  • In a large bowl, add chicken breast pieces, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until each piece of chicken is well coated.
  • Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees (if needed), and assemble seasoned chicken pieces on skewer sticks.
  • Place skewers in air fryer and cook for 15-17 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through the cook time.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional), serve and enjoy!
