- 3 medium chicken breasts (cut into about 1-inch chunks)
- 2 limes (juiced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh cilantro (optional garnish)
- Kebab / skewer sticks (6 inch)
If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes otherwise, they can burn.
In a large bowl, add chicken breast pieces, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until each piece of chicken is well coated.
Marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees (if needed), and assemble seasoned chicken pieces on skewer sticks.
Place skewers in air fryer and cook for 15-17 minutes or until fully cooked, flipping halfway through the cook time.
Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional), serve and enjoy!
