- ½ cup Teriyaki sauce
- 5 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- Garnish (optional): toasted white sesame seeds, green onions (finely chopped), and/or lime
In a medium bowl, add the Teriyaki sauce, salt, black pepper and marinate the chicken for 15-20 minutes.
Place the chicken, side skin up, in the basket (discard the marinade).
Air fry at 350ºF for 25 - 30 minutes (flipping halfway). Cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165ºF. The exact time will depend on the size of the chicken thighs and your appliance.
Transfer the chicken to a plate. Garnish and enjoy!
