Banana Chia Pudding
This easy Banana Chia Pudding is a healthy dessert, breakfast or snack. It is full of flavor and loaded with nutrients.

- 1 large banana yellow
- 1 cup almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Toppings: fresh fruit, seeds, and/or nuts.
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the blended banana pudding into a jar. Cover the pudding and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
Remove the pudding from the refrigerator. Stir everything together, divide, add toppings, and enjoy cold!
