Banana Chia Pudding

This easy Banana Chia Pudding is a healthy dessert, breakfast or snack. It is full of flavor and loaded with nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana yellow
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Toppings: fresh fruit, seeds, and/or nuts.

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the blended banana pudding into a jar. Cover the pudding and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.
  • Remove the pudding from the refrigerator. Stir everything together, divide, add toppings, and enjoy cold!
