- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- ½ cup corn kernels (thawed from frozen or canned)
- ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped)
- 2 jalapeños (seeds and ribs removed, then minced)
- ⅓ cup chopped cilantro leaves
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 lime (juice)
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
