Ingredients
  

  • cup milk (regular or dairy-free: soy, almond, oat or coconut)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized bowl whisk together the wet ingredients and cream cheese. Stir in the oats and chia seeds until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • If using frozen blueberries, heat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl. Mash the blueberries with a fork until the consistency is jam-like.
  • Divide the mixture into two jars or bowls. Top (or layer) with the blueberries. Alternatively, mix the blueberries in with the other ingredients.
