Cuisine American
- ⅔ cup milk (regular or dairy-free: soy, almond, oat or coconut)
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)
- ¼ cup reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- ⅔ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
In a medium sized bowl whisk together the wet ingredients and cream cheese. Stir in the oats and chia seeds until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
If using frozen blueberries, heat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds in a microwave-safe bowl. Mash the blueberries with a fork until the consistency is jam-like.
Divide the mixture into two jars or bowls. Top (or layer) with the blueberries. Alternatively, mix the blueberries in with the other ingredients.
