- 3-4 tomatoes
- 4 ounces fresh burrata cheese (in brine, room temperature)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon balsamic glaze
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Fresh basil leaves
Thinly slice tomatoes and arrange them on a serving platter. Top with fresh basil.
Remove burrata from brine and pat dry with a paper towel. Place it in the center of your tomato spread.
Cut cheese down the middle to expose creamy center.
Sprinkle your salad with salt and black pepper.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic glaze.
