- 10 oz can tuna in spring water
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 3 tablespoons red onion (finely diced)
- 3 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (whole grain) (or to taste)
- Juice of one lime
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
In a large mixing bowl, mash the tuna with a fork.
Add the corn, chopped onion, and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garlic powder, lime juice, and mustard.
Add the yogurt sauce to the salad and mix well to combine. Taste and add salt and/or black pepper, if needed.
Serve and enjoy.
