- ⅓ cup harissa sauce (mild or spicy)
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 8 to 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (depend on the size of thighs, about 2 pounds)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- Garnish: cilantro (chopped)
In a large mixing bowl, combine the harissa, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until well incorporated.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the marinade. Mix well to make sure the chicken is fully coated. Optional: cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Add chicken and all marinade to a baking dish. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165F.
Garnish with cilantro and serve!
