Ingredients
  

  • cup harissa sauce (mild or spicy)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 8 to 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs (depend on the size of thighs, about 2 pounds)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)
  • Garnish: cilantro (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the harissa, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until well incorporated.
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the marinade. Mix well to make sure the chicken is fully coated. Optional: cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Add chicken and all marinade to a baking dish. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165F.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve!
