- 1 large broccoli head (cut in florets)
- 8 ounce package baby Portabella mushrooms (quartered)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli florets, mushrooms, olive oil, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice. Toss to combine.
Spread broccoli and mushrooms on a lined baking tray. Bake for about 25 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
Top roasted broccoli and mushrooms with grated parmesan cheese. Serve and enjoy!
