Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bell peppers (cut into medium chunks)
  • 1 medium red onion (cut into medium chunks)
  • 2 medium zucchinis (cut into 1/3 inch slices)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl toss vegetables with oil and seasonings.
  • Spread the vegetables into a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for about 30 minutes, or until tender.
