Chunky Guacamole
Super easy and always a crowd pleaser. You only need a few ingredients and it goes well with so many things!
Ingredients
- 3 avocados (cut into about 1/2 inch cubes)
- ¼ cup red onion (chopped)
- 1 jalapeño (without seeds, chopped)
- Juice of 2 small limes (or 1 large lime)
- ½ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add avocados, jalapeño, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, black pepper and mix until combined.
- Try and add more salt and pepper, if desired. Enjoy!
