Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers
These cheesy and crispy Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers are filled with cream cheese filling and topped with crispy breadcrumbs. They are quick, easy and have a lot of flavor!

- 6 jalapeño peppers (seeded, diced, and cut in half lengthwise)
- 4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- 1 garlic clove (pressed)
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Add the cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic to a small bowl and mix together until combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
Divide the cream cheese mixture among the jalapeño halves, smoothing it down.
Firmly press the breadcrumbs over the cream cheese to fully coat.
Place jalapeños in the basket and cook in an air fryer at 370°F for 6-8 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
