Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers

These Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers are stuffed with a rich cheese filling and finished with a crunchy topping. And, they are so easy to make, just pop them in the air fryer and enjoy.

Jalapeño Poppers are a popular appetizer made with jalapeño peppers that are typically stuffed with a mixture of cream cheese and cheddar cheese, then topped with breadcrumbs and baked to perfection. They make a fantastic appetizer or just a snack.

Jalapeño peppers are a popular pepper variety used in Mexican and Tex-Mex cuisine. The name “jalapeño” is Spanish for “Jalapa” (or Xalapa), the capital of Veracruz, Mexico. Jalapeños were originally grown there. They are low in calories and full of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.

How to make Air Fryer Jalapeño Poppers:
1. First, add the cream cheese, cheddar, and garlic to a small bowl and mix together until combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Mix again.
2. Next, divide the cream cheese mixture among the jalapeño halves, smoothing it down. Firmly press the breadcrumbs over the cream cheese to fully coat.
3. Finally, place jalapeños in the basket and cook in an air fryer at 370°F for 6-8 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
