Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla (8 or 10 inch)
- 2 – 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- ¼ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional Toppings: cherry (or small) tomatoes, pepperoni, chicken sausage, shredded chicken (cooked), peppers, mushrooms, etc.
- Optional Garnish: chopped fresh basil or drizzle of pesto
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (in needed). Spray the bottom of the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray (it ensures a crispy bottom).
- Place tortilla on a flat surface. Use a spoon to spread the pizza sauce across the tortilla. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
- Carefully place the tortilla pizza on the bottom of the air fryer basket and air fry at 400°F for 5 – 6 minutes.
