Gazpacho is a cold Spanish soup with a history dating back to ancient Rome. It evolved with Moorish and Arab influences in Spain, eventually incorporating tomatoes after their discovery in the Americas. Gazpacho is closely associated with the Andalusian region, and its modern tomato-based version gained popularity in the 19th century. Today, it’s enjoyed all over the world as a refreshing and healthy dish.

Gazpacho is typically served in chilled bowls or glasses. It can be garnished with a variety of toppings, such as diced vegetables, croutons, fresh herbs, or a drizzle of olive oil. It’s a versatile dish that can be customized to suit your taste preferences.
