How to make this Recipe:

  1. Prepare

    First, prepare all vegetables (diced into about 1/3 inch cubes).

  2. Cook onion and carrots

    Preheat a large pan with oil and add in onion and carrots. Cook until softened.

  3. Add bell peppers, canned tomatoes and zucchini

    Next, add in bell peppers, canned tomatoes and zucchini. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Finish cooking

    Cook the veggies on low heat for about 60 minutes. Stir every 5-10 minutes.

  5. Enjoy

    The spread is best served cold and can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
