  1. Make the honey-harissa marinade

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the harissa, honey, lemon juice, garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until well incorporated.

  2. Prepare the chicken

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add to the marinade. Mix well to make sure the chicken is fully coated. Optional: cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.

  3. Bake

    Preheat your oven to 400°F. Add chicken and all marinade to a baking dish. Bake for about 35 to 40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reads 165F.
