    In a small mixing bowl, add in all sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth. Taste and adjust, if needed. Set aside. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Once skillet is hot, add zucchini noodles and carrots. Cook until water releases and zucchini are just cooked (tender but still crisp). Stir regularly.
