  1. Start cooking carrots

    First, preheat the air fryer to 370F (if needed). Add sliced carrots to a mixing bowl and toss with 1 teaspoon of oil. Add the carrots to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 – 7 minutes.

  2. Season and finish cooking

    Transfer the cooked carrots back to the bowl and add the broccoli. Next, toss with the additional 1 teaspoon of olive oil, oregano, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Return the carrots and broccoli to the air fryer basket. Finally, turn up the heat to 400F and cook for another 6 to 8 minutes, stopping halfway to shake the basket. Serve and enjoy!
