To get started, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- Teriyaki sauce is a Japanese glaze or marinade characterized by its sweet and salty flavor profile. It typically contains soy sauce, sake, mirin (sweet rice wine), and sugar.
- Chicken thigh is the dark meat from the upper part of the leg of a chicken, and is one of the most common parts of the chicken used in cooking. They are slightly higher in fat than breasts, but they also contain slightly more vitamins and minerals.
