How to make this Recipe:

  1. Prepare and mix the dry rub

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil and grease with oil (optional). Set aside. Combine all dry rub ingredients in a small mixing bowl.

  2. Season chicken wings

    In a large bowl, place chicken wings and season with dry rub mixture.

  3. Place chicken wings on the baking sheet

    Place coated wings on a prepared baking sheet in a single layer, not touching. 

  4. Bake

    Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, take the wings out and flip them over. Return the sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the wings are at 165°F.

  5. Serve and enjoy

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
