Egg Salad Recipe
- 4 eggs (hard boiled and cooled)
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup green onion (thinly sliced)
- ½ rib celery (finely diced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
