How to make this Recipe:

  1. Prepare the puff pastry

    Preheat oven to 400F and line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Prepare and roll out the puff pastry into a 10×15-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer to the prepared baking pan. Use a knife to gently score a 1-inch border around the pastry dough with shallow cuts (do not cut through the pastry). Inside the scored border, lightly poke holes all over the pastry dough with a fork (do not poke through the dough).

  2. Add cheese and vegetables

    Sprinkle white cheddar cheese evenly over the pastry inside the border and top with chopped bell pepper and chives. In q small bowl, beat one egg with a fork. Brush the egg wash over the border on all sides. Scatter everything bagel seasoning all around the border.

  3. Bake, add eggs, and bake again

    Bake 10 minutes. Take the pan out of the oven and crack 6 eggs inside the border and season with salt and black pepper. Bake for additional 9-13 minutes (until done to your liking).

  4. Enjoy

    Garnish with chives, slice into 6 pieces, and serve immediately.
